Free shipping in the US. Most orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days.

Christmas cutoff

Order by December 17 to get it before the 25th. Anything after that we will still send quickly, but carriers get unpredictable in the last week and we are not going to promise a date we cannot control.

Where we ship

the United States and Canada. We do not ship anywhere else yet. Canadian orders can be charged duties or import fees on arrival, which the carrier collects and we have no part in.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day go to the supplier the same day. Weekend orders go out Monday. After that it is 3 to 6 business days in transit. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and the last two weeks of December are the slowest of the year.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label prints, usually within 24 hours of ordering. If 48 hours pass with nothing, email coledavidweddle23@gmail.com and we will find it.

Split shipments

Order several things and they can arrive separately, on different days, with different tracking numbers. Nothing has gone wrong when that happens.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you type at checkout. Check it before you pay. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately and we will fix it if the label has not printed. Once a package is out with a bad address we cannot redirect it, and it becomes a return once it comes back.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not moved in 7 days, email us. We will open a trace with the carrier, and replace or refund the order if it does not turn up.
